Item Sets
套装

  • Fixed an issue where other player characters were unable to see the effects from the floating orb from the following item sets:

修复下列套装不能向其它玩家显示浮空光球效果的问题

  • Desert Rose: Fixed an issue where this item set would not display any effects when it triggered its Magicka return.

Desert Rose: 修复套装的回复魔法特效触发时,不能显示特殊效果的问题。
  • Lord Warden: Increased the proc chance of this item set to a 50% chance when you take damage, from 6%.

Lord Warden: 增加套装在玩家受到攻击伤害时,特殊效果的触发几率。触发机率从原来的6%增加到50%。

  • Master Weapons: Fixed an issue where the Master’s Greatsword and Master’s Dagger enchantments were providing both Weapon Damage and Spell Damage. They now only provide Weapon Damage, as originally intended.

  • Maw of the Infernal

Achievements

Adjusted the achievements for spending 300,600, and 900 Champion Points in each constellation. These achievements now require 50, 100, and 150 Champion Points spent, respectively.

Undaunted Skill Master:

Justice Guards will now verbally respond to accosted player characters after you interact with them by invoking clemency, paying off their bounty, or attempting to flee justice.

Guild Functionality

A message will now be displayed when there are no results when searching for guild items within a Guild Store.

The name of the guild will now appear in the bottom-right corner when using a Guild Store or purchasing a Guild Trader.

Only members with proper Guild Trader permissions will now have the ability to view guild history events relating to guild kiosk bid refunds and purchases.

An error will appear when attempting to deposit items into a full Guild Bank.

You will now receive a warning when rapidly promoting or demoting guild members.

Fixed an issue where text would overlap over the campaign name on the Guild menu.

If you have reached the daily launder or fence limit for stolen goods, you will now see a timer on the fence screen that indicates when your limit will reset.

Loot History
偷窃记录

Experience gains will now be displayed via the Loot History UI.

Cumulative gains for experience points,Alliance Points, Tel Var Stones, and gold will now update as a single entry rather than split into several entries.

Maps

You will no longer be able to interact with fast travel icons on the map while you are dead.

任务9   Restoration Staff Skills and Their Morphs
Hello again everyone, today I will be giving my view on the various skills and morphs in the Restoration Staff Tree. For those not familiar with the guide, I will rank the morphs 1-5 (5 being excellent, 1 being…not so much). Now, this guide gets a slightly different disclaimer to usual – while I have used this weapon, leveled it to 50 and practiced with it solo and dungeons and have a decent understanding of the skills and the morphs, I want to make it clear that being a healer is not a natural gaming style to me, it is not something I enjoy and so not something I ‘master’, so while I am confident with my scores on the morphs based on my experience, my personal opinions about the base skill may be questionable to a true healing veteran (Steadfast Ward for example)
今天我将分享我关于恢复法杖多种技能及金技能进阶的相关经验。对那些不太熟悉教程的人,我会将进阶技能分为1-5个等级(5是最好的,1就代表不那么好)。这个教程和通常的教程有一些小小的不同,我用过这个武器,并通过它升级到50级同时还用它完成了单人任务和群组副本,对武器的技能和进阶都有非常深刻的了解。我必须要声明的是当healer不是我在这个游戏里的本职,不是我喜欢的职业所以我也不是什么治愈大师,所以当我根据经验选择进阶技能时可能会被专业healer所诟病。
Grand Healing – Place ground target heal which heals everyone in area every second for 3 second (NOTE: This spell CAN stack on itself, so multiple castings in the same spot increases healing!)

Healing Springs (5) – Gain magicka for each person being healed. A fantastic morph to help keep your magicka up, I strongly recommend this for pretty much anyone except possibly Nightblades who can keep their magicka up pretty well.

Both these morphs are actually fantastic and you cannot really go wrong with either. Illustrious will offer more healing potential, however Healing Springs will help ensure you can go for longer. If you are confident your build already provides all the magicka you need then Illustrious Healing is definitely the morph to take, but if in doubt, I would always take Healing Springs.

Regeneration – Heal over Time for 20s on two people.

Mutagen (4) – If target falls to 20% health the buff immediately ends but heals target for X. I really like this morph, you don’t want people to fall that low, but sometimes they do and the boost this heal gives will help give you breathing space to get people back to being alive and well. As a Templar I would not bother with this morph though as they have a powerful burst heal available already.

Rapid Regeneration (4) – More heals in less time (Heal over Time lasts 16.5s). For raw Heals Per Second this morph is superior, and so experienced healers will likely prefer this morph as it helps maximize their healing potential and they are probably confident enough to feel no need for the ‘oh crap’ heal Mutagen provides. I consider this a superior morph for Templars due to them having a powerful burst heal already.

Blessing of Protection – Heals players in front of you for X instantly (this heal DOES effect the caster too) and increases armor and spell resistance for 8s.

Combat Prayer (5) – Increase effected targets damage by 8-11% for 8s. High defense and now boosts the offense of your team. This is a powerful morph and can really help push the DPS of your party – assuming they stand where you can hit them with this. I actually feel the heal from Blessing is a bit feeble, but this morph makes the spell useful for any situation, even if the party don’t need the health.

This is technically the better heal spell, but as mentioned before, the heal is pretty feeble, so while increasing it is helpful, in all honesty the only reason Blessing of Protection would be on my heal bar is because of the offensive addition the other morph provides. So, for raw healing power this is superior, but I don’t think it is strong enough to justify losing out on the damage increase.

I actually really didn’t like this spell, but to be fair, I am a Templar, so to me, the instant heal was too weak and useless, but with an increase of armor, resist and damage Combat Prayer gives, that alone made it worth having on the bar. Non Templars may be tempted by Blessing of Restoration as this is the only spell you have for burst healing, and that is understandable, but your party will likely be disappointed you are not increasing their DPS (on the other hand they will be more disappointed they are dead, so again, it comes down to your own confidence in your own healing ability as to whether or not you want the extra heal power)

Steadfast Ward – Creates damage shield on lowest health target for 6s.

Healing Ward (3) – Target is healed for 100% of remaining shield when it expires. Shields in this game are not particularly good so not a big fan of the base skill or the morphs, there are situations where the spell can be useful especially with this heal morph but in all honesty, I likely wouldn’t have the spell on my bar.

The Ward is cast out of desperation, landing on someone low health to buy time to heal up, this morph just means you also get warded, but all things going well, this shield shouldn’t really be needed most the time and I think you will get more mileage from the other morph. But if you are a cautious player or find yourself getting in far too much trouble, then this morph may be worth it to you.

Force Siphon – Cast time 1.5s, duration 20s. When attacking effected target, allies gain health. You gain 100% more health when attacking target.

Quick Siphon (3) – Instant cast. I love my instant cast spells, so turning Force Siphon to instant is a real winner to me….however, I think the only reason to go with this morph would be if you use the Resto staff as a secondary weapon which you switch to, cast this and maybe the Regen spell, then flip back to your primary – so more for solo survivability or as part of a support style spec to help out the healer. Otherwise, while I love the instant cast factor, I reluctantly have to recommend the other morph.

Just as important, your allies also get magicka back when attacking the target and that will help keep their DPS going which means quicker killing which means less sustained healing required. It’s a winner and that is why this is the better morph despite meaning you keep the cast time.

Essence Drain (2) – Final hit of heavy attack heals nearby allies for 15-30% of damage. Sounds great, but in reality it is not much of a heal, but every little helps so worth grabbing eventually.

Cycle of Life (4) – Increase damage by 1-2% for every 20% health you have. Only reason this is not a 5 is because if you are healing focused the extra damage likely is not as big a priority, but this passive is the reason Resto staff is a popular choice for single target damage using class skills.

That concludes my views on the Restoration Staff skill line. As mentioned at the beginning, I am not healing inclined – I usually leave it to my wife to keep me alive. So, running around with the heal stick was not a pleasant experience for me, but it was interesting trying out the various skills. One thing that did stick out to me when experimenting with the skills was the fact that there is rarely ever an obvious winner with the morph options, or more specifically there was nothing I would really consider a ‘bad choice’ – except maybe Ward Ally, but to be fair the score there was more because I consider the base spell to be poor, so while I scored it harshly, the difference between the two is not that great.
我来总结一下我对恢复系法杖技能树的观点。如我开始时说到的,回复不是我的本职-我通常将回复的工作留给我的老婆来确保我不死。所以拿着个恢复法杖满世间溜达对我来说不是有乐趣的事,但将不同的能力罗列出来对我来说却很有意思。有一件事在我实验的过程中我可以确信的时,恢复法杖的技能和其进阶技能对我来说没有“不好的选择”这一说。
